Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

​

We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

International Shipping: 40$  (EMS International delivery) which is traceable and arrives within 7~10 days. Currently we are only supplying to the following regions: US/Canada, Asia, EU, Oceania.
Please note that shipping times are approximate and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Costs

​

Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method, the destination, and the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. Because this is yet at market testing phase, unfortunately we don't have a corporate EMS fare for international delivery yet. Kindly understand that we have set a fixed delivery cost for everyone's convenience. We will be happy to embrace any exceeding delivery cost.

We may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet specified criteria. These promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

3. Order Processing Time

​

Because this is a Pre-Order where we wait until the accumulated orders reach the minimum order quantity(MoQ) for production, the processing time including the placing of actual order, manufacturing and delivery may take from few weeks to couple months. We are unable to predict the expected process time yet, but should you request for a refund before we reach the MoQ,  contact us and let us know. We will proceed your refund promptly.
However, once we reach the MoQ, you will receive an email confirmation with the expected delivery time and the tracking information when your order has been shipped.

4. Tracking Information

​

For most orders, we provide tracking information. You can track your order's progress by visiting our website and entering your order number or by using the tracking link provided in your email confirmation.

5. Delivery Responsibility

​

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the chosen shipping carrier or courier. We work with EMS which is run by national post services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

In the event that your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

​

For international orders, please be aware that customs authorities in your country may impose customs duties, taxes, or other fees on your order. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

8. Delivery Address

​

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and recipient's contact information during checkout. If you need to update your shipping information after placing your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Wood knots, small cracks and patterns are the natural & unique character of the wood material. Such natural pattern, shape, color and surface characteristics WILL NOT be subject to 'defects' or 'return/refund reason'

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns

​

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any defects and/or damages with the product, you may return the item(s) within 5 calendar days from the delivery arrival date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. In case of returns due to personal change of mind, the round-trip delivery cost will be born by the purchaser.

2. Refunds

​

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. In case of product defect, you will have the option to select for either a full refund or an replace(resend) with a new product. Should the refund request be for simple personal change of mind, the round-trip delivery cost(40$ x 2 = 80$) will be deducted from the paid amount before refunding.
Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.


3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet specified criteria. These promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.
